Rule 02 of the reserve policy is scarcity: a set has to be retired, or have a published retirement date, before any fee money goes near it. 10312 clears that rule, and like every box it would be bought factory-sealed and never opened.
LEGO moved Jazz Club's exit up to end of 2025 rather than its originally planned later date (Brick Fanatics reporting); Brickset's 31 Dec 2025 exit date has passed as of 2026-09-12, and it's sold out on LEGO.com. Checked 12 Sept 2026.
