Fees are charged in ETH on both buys and sells. Pons freezes a launch's fee policy when it launches, so later changes to Pons defaults don't reach $BSTR. After the curve fills (4.2 ETH) the token graduates to a Uniswap v4 pool whose hook charges the same 1% fee, split 70/30 the same way, plus the same creator tax.
The split
Of everything that reaches the router, 5% goes to the reserve and 5% to the team and operations: the team, shipping, storage, insurance, shelving, this site. The reserve and its share are immutable in the deployed router. Changing them would mean deploying a new router and moving the fee stream to it, in public. The owner can point the operations share at a new wallet, and that change is an event on-chain.
Trading per box
Trade size doesn't change the maths. One box needs its retail price divided by 1.35%.
